微軟推出整合通訊軟體(unified communincation, UC)，強調可將視訊會議、即時通時、郵件等商業活動整合於單一應用中，而終端可以是PC或是行動裝置。圖中展示的是由Live Meeting啟動視訊會議、共享檔案，而以Office Communicator (企業版IM)進行文字及VoIP通訊。Live Meeting過去是以代管服務推出，今日首度包含在Office Communication Server 2007企業版本 (Enterprise)出貨。
